Portals Grid

Description


The Portals Grid on the Dashboard1 lists your portals and all those portals that you have have been granted Administrator Access by the owner. If there are any missing you should contact the portal owner to give you access.

The Portals Grid accessed via the Accounts Grid lists your portals only. This is the screen where you are able to create new portals or delete old ones.

Functions


Manage a portal

  1. Click the icon in the first column to display the design template, logo & tagline, discussion forum and members associated with this portal.

Re-order the list (in ascending order)

  1. Click the up arrow any column header (eg click In Use to sort your portals by size)

Re-order the list (in descending order)

  1. Click down arrow in any column header

Search by name

  1. Click the magnifying glass icon (see far left column heading and in table footer)
  2. Enter search string in the pop-up box
  3. Click magnifying glass icon

To re-display full list after searching

  1. Click the magnifying glass icon
  2. Click Reset Search link on the pop-up box
