======Create a Shortcut to Your Portal======

[[Accounts Account Owners]] and [[AccountAdministrators Administrators]] do not need to log-in to the [[SCPWebsite SCP website]] to access their [[Portals Portals]]. This page explains how to add a shortcut link to your portal on your browser Bookmarks (or Favourites) bar.
Like your [[Members]], if you access a portal directly from a link you will be prompted to log-in.
1) Click the OPEN icon (first column) against the Portal>>**Portal Properties** screen opens>> to which you wish to create a link
1) Scroll the screen down to the **[[LaunchPortal Launch Portal]]** section (as above)
1) Locate the **__This Link__** link and click-and-drag it on to --- the Bookmarks Bar of your browser >>Link Name dialog box appears >>
1) **Enter Name** of new link
1) Click #%OK#%

Members can be assigned to one or more Member Groups when they are [[MemberInvite invited to access a portal.]] As your portals develop, however, you may wish to create more Member Groups and add existing Members to them.

Members and Member groups are associated with portals. To add someone to a particular Member Group you need to know which Portal owns that Member and Member Group.
1) Click the OPEN icon (first column) against the Portal>>**Portal Properties** screen opens>> that owns the Member Group you wish to change
1) Scroll the screen down to the **[[PortalMembersGrid Portal Members Grid]]**
1) Click the OPEN icon (first column) against the Member that >>** Member Groups List** appears (see above)>> you wish to add to a Member Group
1) Click the ADD icon (green circle) in list header (also in footer) >>Group selection box appears>>
1) Select the Member Group from the drop-down list
1) Click #%Add#% >>List of Member Groups is updated>>
