======Change Portal Page and Menu Properties======

Use this screen to change the properties of portal pages and menus, ie item **Type**, **Menu**, **Title** and **Order**.
This function only works with pages and menus. To change uploaded items you must amend them with the software that was used to create them and then [[PortalContentUploadFile upload them to the portal]] again.
1) Click EDIT icon (pencil in last column) >>**Edit Record** pop-up window appear (as above) >> against the item that you wish to delete
1) Amend the item properties as required
1) Click #%Save#% >>Dialog box disappears and **Portal Content Grid** re-displays>>
1) To amend more items, repeat from Step 2.
Deletions:
======Delete Content from your Portal======

Use this screen to delete [[PortalContent pages, menus and documents]] from your [[Portals Portal]].
Deleting a [[GlobalItems Global Item]] only removes it the current portal. The document will still be available on your other portals
1) Click DELETE icon (red circle in last column) >>Delete confirmation dialog box appear (as above) >> against the item that you wish to delete
1) Click #%OK#% >>Dialog box disappears and **Portal Content Grid** re-displays>>
1) To delete more items, repeat from Step 2.
