Need to Know

The following instructions apply to both Menu Pages and Portal Pages.

Images are linked on to a page, and MUST be uploaded first.

What to do

If you are already editing a page start from Step 3, otherwise...
Navigate to the page you wish to edit on your portal
  1. [Home Page Only] Click Edit Homepage link in bottom
    right-hand corner of the page
  2. Click Edit Page Content checkbox

  3. Click IMAGE icon on Editor Tools bar
    Image Properties pop-up box appears (as above)
  4. Click the Image Info tab on the pop-up box
  5. Click Browse Server and select the image you
    If the image you want is not there, Cancel this procedure and Upload the new image to the Portal
    wish to add from the list of images on the server.

  6. [Optional] Specify image Size, Border, Alignment and
    mouse-over label (Alternative Text field)
  7. Click OK
    Image Properties pop-up box closes
  8. Make other changes as necessary
  9. Click Save Changes
    Editor tools disappear and page re-displays
    , OR
    [for global changes] Click Save and Copy to All Portals
