Modify a Portal

Need to know

The Edit function on the Portals Grid allows you to rename your portal and select (or deselect) the Portal Calendar.

What to do

Start at the Accounts Grid on the Dashboard
  1. Click the OPEN icon (first column) against your account
    Account Properties screen opens
  2. Scroll down the screen to the Portals Grid
  3. Click EDIT icon (pencil in far right-hand column)
    Edit Record pop-up window opens
    against the Portal that you wish to modify
  4. Amend Name and select/de-select Calendar, as required
  5. Click Save
    Pop-up window closes, and portal list refreshes
