Portal Members Grid
Description
All of the Members of the selected Portal are listed in this table. The list includes:
- Members you have invited to access the portal, and
- Members you have granted Administrator Access so they may help you manage the portal.
Functions
Add/Invite a new member
- see Invite a New Member help page
Remove a member
- see Remove a Member help page
Edit Membership Groups
- see Add a member to a member group help page, or
- see Remove a member from a member group help page
Re-order the list (in ascending order)
- Click the up arrow in any column header (eg click Email to sort your member by Email name)
Re-order the list (in descending order)
- Click the down arrow in any column header
Search by name
- Click the magnifying glass icon (see far left column heading and in table footer)
- Enter search string in the pop-up box
- Click magnifying glass icon
To re-display full list after searching
- Click the magnifying glass icon
- Click Reset Search link on the pop-up box
