Add a Portal Forum

Scroll the Portal Propertiesscreen down to the Discussion Board section
- Click Edit link (bottom right-hand corner) Forum properties fields are displayed, as above
- Enter the Name of your discussion board. Although you can use up to 50 characters it is wise to keep this under 30 so that it fits in the Home Menu (should you want to list the forum on the Home Menu).
- Enter the Admin Password you’ll use to access the discussion administration functions.
- Click the Add to Home Menu check-box to add the discussion to the portal menu
- Click Save Discussion
- Finally, scroll the screen up and click Launch Portal to preview your portal and start to add content.
