======Delete Content from your Portal======

Use this screen to delete [[PortalContent pages, menus and documents]] from your [[Portals Portal]].
Deleting a [[GlobalItems Global Item]] only removes it the current portal. The document will still be available on your other portals
1) Select **Home -> Portal Content** from the **Home Page** >> [[PortalContentGrid Portal Content Grid]] is displayed >> --- drop-down menu
1) Click DELETE icon (red circle in last column) >>Delete confirmation dialog box appear (as above) >> against the item that you wish to delete
1) Click #%OK#% >>Dialog box disappears and **Portal Content Grid** re-displays>>
1) To delete more items, repeat from Step 2.

You can upload files in addition to the [[GlobalItems Global Items]] that appear in all of your portals. Depending upon the disk space limit of your [[Accounts Account]]), you can upload up to 100 files and each file can be up to 100Mb in size.
Valid file types include:
- Office Documents (xls, doc, ppt, rtf, etc)
- Text files (csv, txt, etc)
- Video files (flv and mp4 only, download free file converter)
- Images files (Jpg, Png etc)
- Archive files (Zip, Tar, gZip etc)
1) Select **Home -> Portal Content** from the Home Page >> [[PortalContentGrid Portal Content Grid]] is displayed >> drop-down menu
1) Click #%Upload Files#% >>**Upload Files** screen is displayed >> --- ---
1) Click the check boxes of the [[MemberGroups Member Groups]] >>#%Select Files#% appears when at least one group has been ticked >> that are to access this/these files ---
1) Click #%Select Files#% >>An Explorer (PC) / Finder (Mac) windows opens>> --- ---
1) Select the files you wish to upload from your computer >> Progress is displayed in **Upload Queue **box >> --- ---
1) Click #%Return#% >>**Portal Content Grid** re-displays>>--- ---
1) To upload more files, but with with different access permissions, repeat from Step 2.
