Delete Content from your Portal

Need to Know

Use this screen to delete pages, menus and documents from your Portal.

Deleting a Global Item only removes it the current portal. The document will still be available on your other portals

What to do

Start at the Home page of your portal.
  1. Select Home -> Portal Content from the Home Page
    Portal Content Grid is displayed

    drop-down menu
  2. Click DELETE icon (red circle in last column)
    Delete confirmation dialog box appear (as above)
    against the item that you wish to delete
  3. Click OK
    Dialog box disappears and Portal Content Grid re-displays
  4. To delete more items, repeat from Step 2.
