Project Glossary
It helps when dicussing the project if we use the same words and for our understanding of the meaning of those words to match. So this is my attempt at getting a common ground for those words. If I have any of these wrong please let me know and I will update them (or feel free to update them yourself).| Word | Meaning |

| Editor | User with rights to edit a portal, project or page |
| Guest | User with rights to read a portal, project or page (may also be granted modification and upload rights but requires moderation by an Owner or Editor user) |
| Owner | User that pays for a portal |
| Page | A page that forms part of a project or portal |
| Portal | A group of projects |
| Project | A group of permissionable items in a project |
