Remove a Member from a Member Group

Need to Know

Members can be assigned to one or more Member Groups when you invite them to access your portal. As your portals develop, however, you may wish to re-organise the Member Groups and who belongs to which group.

Members and Member groups are associated with portals. To remove someone from a particular Member Group you need to know which Portal owns that Member and Member Group.

What to do

Scroll the Dashboardscreen down to the Portals Grid
  1. Click the OPEN icon (first column) against the Portal
    Portal Properties screen opens
    that owns the Member Group you wish to change
  2. Scroll the screen down to the Portal Members Grid
  3. Click the OPEN icon (first column) against the Member that
    Member Groups List appears (see above)
    you wish to remove from a Member Group
  4. Click the DELETE icon (red circle in last column) against the
    Confirmation pop-up window appears
    Member Group to be withdrawn from this Member
  5. Click OK
    List of Member Groups for this Member is updated
