Description


All of the Member Groups (except the 'Everyone' Group) of the selected Portal are listed in this table

This is the screen where you set what the Members of each Members Group are allowed to see and allowed to do.

Members are assigned to Member Groups when you invite them to access your portal, or on the Portal Members screen.

Functions


Add a new Member Group


Delete a Member Group


Edit Member Group Properties


Re-order the list (in ascending order)

  1. Click the up arrow in any column header (eg click Upload to sort your the table into those groups that allow their members to upload files and those that do not)

Re-order the list (in descending order)

  1. Click the down arrow in any column header

Search by name

  1. Click the magnifying glass icon (see far left column heading and in table footer)
  2. Enter search string in the pop-up box
  3. Click magnifying glass icon

To re-display full list after searching

  1. Click the magnifying glass icon
  2. Click Reset Search link on the pop-up box
