Description


All of your Global Items are listed in this table. These documents are available on ALL of your portals.

The icon in the first column indicates the type of file. For example, a camera icon appears against image files (.jpeg, .png etc)

Functions


Upload a Global Item


Remove a Global Item


Re-order the list (in ascending order)

  1. Click the up arrow any column header (eg click Title to sort your Global Items by file name)

Re-order the list (in descending order)

  1. Click down arrow in any column header

Search

  1. Click the magnifying glass icon (see far left column heading and in table footer)
  2. Select the column to be searched from the drop-down box (ie Title or Type)
  3. Enter search string in the pop-up box
  4. Click magnifying glass icon

To re-display full list after searching

  1. Click the magnifying glass icon
  2. Click Reset Search link on the pop-up box
