Global Items
About Global Items
Global Items are uploaded files added automatically to every portal owned by an Account. The prorogation of new Global Items may not begin for 10 minutes and the time taken to update all portals will depends upon the size and quantity of the items.You can upload up to 100 files and each file can be up to 100Mb in size. The valid file types are:
- Office Documents (xls, doc, ppt, rtf, etc)
- Text files (csv, txt, etc)
- Video files (flv and mp4 only, free file converter is available from the the upload page)
- Images files (Jpg, Png etc)
- Archive files (Zip, Tar, gZip etc)
These documents are available to members of the 'Everyone' Member Group.
