Dashboard
Description
This is the 'Home Page' of the SCP Website, but we call it the Dashboard because this is where you'll find all the key information and tools you needs to manage your account and your portals.
Functions
SCP Menu Bar
The drop down menus from the SCP Menu Bar provide access to the on-line Help and Account management screens.
Accounts Grid
Your accounts are listed in the Accounts Grid. Click the OPEN icon (first column) to view the Portals, Account Administrators, Member Groups, Global Items and Global Calendar associated with a particular account.
Portals Grid
The Portals Grid displays ALL the Portals that you have access to. This includes the Portals that you own, and those that you have been granted access to by the portal owner or administrator. Click the OPEN icon (first column) to view the
Activity Log
The Activity Log lists the activities on you and, more importantly, your guests. This is where you can check if new Members have accepted their invitations and visited your portal.
Summary Bar
The Summary Bar appears on the right-hand side of all screens within the SCP Website. The side bar displays:
Confirmation of your Username, Last Log-in, your current IP address and the amount of Disk Space taken up by your portals and their content.
Private Notes (Click the Edit link to update the jotter box)
Your Activity - a summary of your most recent log-in/log-out activity for your information
