Description


This grid lists the activities on you and, more importantly, your guests. This is where you can check if new Members have accepted their invitations and visited your portal. The activities logged include log-in, log-out, as well as changes made to Portals and Portal Content.

There is no facility to delete old Activity logs at present (2011), but functionality to remove logs older than... will be developed in a future version of SCP.

Functions


Re-order the list (in ascending order)

  1. Click the up arrow any column header (eg click Log to sort your Activity Logs by title)

Re-order the list (in descending order)

  1. Click down arrow in any column header

Search by name

  1. Click the magnifying glass icon (see far left column heading and in table footer)
  2. Enter search string in the pop-up box
  3. Click magnifying glass icon

To re-display full list after searching

  1. Click the magnifying glass icon
  2. Click Reset Search link on the pop-up box

To page-through the Activity Logs

  1. Click the forward and backwards arrows in the grid footer
  2. [OR] Click one of the page numbers displayed
  3. [OR] Select a page number from the drop-down list
