Description


All of your Accounts are listed in this table. The list includes those accounts where you have have been granted Administrator Access by the owner.

Trial Accounts are indicated by a red circle in the status column. Full Accounts are indicated by a green circle.

Functions


Manage an account

  1. Click the OPEN icon in the first column to display the portals, portal administrators, members, groups, calendars and documents owned by each account.

Re-order the list (in ascending order)

  1. Click the up arrow any column header (eg click In Use to sort your accounts by size)

Re-order the list (in descending order)

  1. Click down arrow in any column header

Search by name

  1. Click the magnifying glass icon (see far left column heading and in table footer)
  2. Enter search string in the pop-up box
  3. Click magnifying glass icon

To re-display full list after searching

  1. Click the magnifying glass icon
  2. Click Reset Search link on the pop-up box
