Remove an Account Administrator

Need to know

WARNING : This action will delete the Member's Account and remove their access completely.

What to do

Start at the Accounts Grid on the Dashboard
  1. Click the OPEN icon (first column) against your account
    Account Properties screen opens
  2. Scroll the screen down to the Account Administrators Grid
  3. Click the red DELETE icon (right-hand column) against the
    Confirmation pop-up window appears (see above)
    Administrator Account you wish to remove
  4. Click OK
    Pop-up window closes and Account Administrator grid refreshes
